This Privacy Policy describes how PRESS ART (“PRESS ART”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) processes information when the operator uses the PRESS ART P Publisher application. Website: https://mpics.uk.
1. About the application
PRESS ART P Publisher is a private tool intended to help the PRESS ART account operator prepare, review, approve, and publish selected visual content to Pinterest using the official Pinterest API. It is not offered as a public service for other Pinterest users.
2. Information the application may process
Depending on the features used and the permissions granted, the application may process:
- Pinterest account information made available through the authorized API;
- the names or identifiers of Pinterest boards and Pins needed for publishing;
- images, Pin titles, descriptions, destination URLs, and publishing-queue status selected by the operator;
- authorization tokens and related technical information needed to connect to Pinterest;
- local application settings and basic technical request information.
The application is designed to process information needed for its publishing functionality, rather than for unrelated purposes.
3. Images and approval before publication
Images may be selected from a folder on the operator’s computer or from Cloudflare R2 storage configured for PRESS ART. Items are prepared in a review queue. The operator is expected to approve each item before it is published. Publishing is performed through the official Pinterest API and remains subject to Pinterest’s permissions, terms, and technical limits.
4. Storage and security
The application is designed to keep its queue and configuration in the environment where it is installed. Depending on the configuration, images may be stored or served through Cloudflare R2. Authorization tokens and application secrets are sensitive credentials and should be stored securely, not shared publicly, and protected against unauthorized access.
5. Third-party services
The application connects to Pinterest through the official Pinterest API. Pinterest handles information it receives in accordance with its own policies. Cloudflare R2 may be used to store or serve images and is subject to Cloudflare’s applicable terms and privacy policy.

6. Data sharing and sale
Information is sent to Pinterest when necessary to perform actions authorized by the operator. Cloudflare may process data as necessary to provide configured storage and delivery services. PRESS ART does not sell personal information obtained through this application or use Pinterest API data for unrelated third-party advertising.
7. Retention and deletion
Queue data and application settings may remain in the local installation until deleted by the operator. Files stored in Cloudflare R2 are subject to the configured storage and deletion actions. The operator may revoke the application’s access through the relevant Pinterest account or authorization settings; revoking access may prevent further publishing.
8. Children’s privacy
This application is not directed to children under 13 and is not designed to collect personal information from children.
9. Changes to this policy
This policy may be updated when the application or its data practices change. The current version will be published at this URL.
